1. The exercise is not done when the timer goes offI like that it has a daily reminder, and on beginner mode is only for 5 min.I think that this will help but it is very difficult and I would recommend it for 10+ if they need to lose weightIt's a great ap for ab workouts.
2. Auto rotate should be a basic feature on all apps.It is the best experience for me it helps me get more fit and I don't normally workout and this encourages me to best app.A little confusing initially but good once I got past this.
3. A good variety of exercises.Good exercises only thing I don't care for is the timer.
4. I use a tablet with a builtin keyboard so software much be in landscape mode.
5. One of the things I don't like is how it limits you to 5 times a weekGreat app helps me to improve my health.
6. App only runs in portrait mode.
