1. Thanks for the follow-up! ORIGINAL: The interface for logging in or entering payment information uses white text on a light gray background, so it is almost impossible to see what you are typing.
2. I'm sorry my church picked this app.White text issue fixed, but have tried multiple times to make a payment, they never go through.
3. It does not in an appropriate time frame list pending transactions, so even if I wait a day or two, I'm uncertain if the transaction went through.
4. The date selector is white text on a white background, so you can't see dates at all!Simple, which is good, I guess.
5. First impression is that the app seems TOO simple in places.This app once worked great, but it seems the only thing it can do is delete things.
6. Useless support, 800 number advised me to contact the church?!? Nevermind I'll just use my bank's app, it actually works.
7. I tried to set up for the last time this weekend only to find out yet again my reoccurring donation disappeared.
8. Meanwhile, the church has a list of people who paid using this app and my name isn't on it.
9. Sometimes it has inconvenienced me a bit by asking for my credentials(email & password) rather than just taking my fingerprint & it also has cleared the Church I give to at times.
10. There is no method of communicating with Vanco, other than posting reviews like this.I'm satisfied with the Give+ App, it has worked pretty well for me.
11. Doesn't give me much confidence that the app would be secure even if it was working with this lack of quality control.
