1. You can't look at your individual funds performance? You can't rebalance, you can't change anything at all? I mean what's the point of having an app like this? Design in some features! Why if I am biometrically logging in am I FORCED to do 2FA every time and not just the first login? AND no updates of ANY significance??By far, the worst application on my entire phone.

2. Update needed badly.Weird errors after initial sign in when getting second auth screen (why is this even necessary after setting up biometric login?).

3. My banking and credit card apps don't even require this.Every time I try and log in I get an error message even though my username and passwords are correct.

4. Its like a drunk 9yo app developer, who spent all night doing meth built this app.. The system keeps telling me my social security number is not valid...I can literally see it, and I'm not an idiot, I know what my SS# is - it is just as I have entered it.

5. It always stalls after entering the correct password and security question, then eventually goes back to the login page.

6. Having to get an email or text for another password every time I look in is unnecessary and overkill.

7. Now it's "generic ticket error" every time I try to login.

8. Uninstalling.I like the app but I am giving it 1 star because it forces me to use 2 factor authentication every time i log in on my phone.

9. Looking forward to seeing what new changes keep coming.You would really think as big as this company is supposed to be that there online service would be friendly and actually work without locking up on you.

10. I'd sure like to "Like" this app, but judging from other reviews it appears that it has some serious issues with Google phones.

11. To be clear, I've tried this on three different phones with three different accounts.This app is garbage.

1. Fix AIG RS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AIG RS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AIG RS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AIG RS" » Open AIG RS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AIG RS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AIG RS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AIG RS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AIG RS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AIG RS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AIG RS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AIG RS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AIG RS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AIG RS not working

2. Fix AIG RS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AIG RS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AIG RS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AIG RS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
