myUSCchart Customer Insights

1. If my insurance plan wasn't forcing me to go here I wouldn't step foot on this campus. Not user friendly, not intuitive, poor graphic design, and is basically the same as the website, so what is the point on having an app.

2. How about the ability to remember your user ID, or stay logged in for a few hours if security is needed, or add a pin for easy access after validating who you are using a private device? Not user friendly.

3. After the reset, it still does not login. The user GUI just got changed after so many years, but the system remains very slow.

4. There is no way to provide app feedback or report issues inside the app, which is an indication of the developer's interest level in improving the user experience and interface.

5. Cedar Sinai, UCI, etc.Same experience as website, which is very poor itself, but without the added benefit of your favorite simple extensions that make browsing better.

6. There is no way to submit new medications that you've started or forgot to tell a doctor about without asking for a refill which you may not need or may not be that doctor's specialty.

7. Also, the user interface looks unfriendly.

8. I guess the tech department is afraid of hearing from the public. This portal is by far the worst I have ever use.

9. The messaging is especially cumbersome especially regarding where different aspects of messaging are located and the topics to choose from for messaging.

10. Not sure why they can't just be a part of the regular myChart system instead of being so separated as if they're better than the rest.

11. It is slow, it's hard to find information and it does not always work.
