1. Flywheel is perfect for airport taxi cab service and flat rates are available in many areas. ✔ Value.
2. Currently available in San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Sacramento and San Diego.
3. Licensed cabs from Flywheel use standard fares, which are often the lowest.
4. You pay the same fare every hour of every day, no matter how busy it is. ✔ Great Service.
5. Request a cab, watch it come to you, get notified when it arrives, and pay automatically with your smartphone. ✔ Convenience.
6. Hail a cab even when you can’t see one and pay without carrying cash. ✔ Reliability.
7. See a map of your cab arriving, know exactly when it will get to you, and call your driver directly through the app.
8. If you ever have a problem, tell us, and we’ll make it right.
1. I will try this one more time before removing but can't rely on it.Forcefully requires access to make phone calls with no explanation (they did work to refuse access to the app without it, but didn't bother explaining why they need it).
2. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling, tried deleting the cache, the acct data, nothing works, as soon as I login, I'm taken to the screen that says I'm in the middle of a trip.
3. Big oversight on the developers part.Every single driver asks me to cancel the ride booked through the app once I have been picked up.
4. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP.PAY YOUR DRIVERS!!! So grateful there is an app that lets me stick with the safety and regulation established with Taxi drivers! easy to use and understand.
5. Just now I tried to reinstall and as soon as it installed, before I even had a chance to open it, I got the dreaded crash notification, so I'm going to delete again.
6. Gave up and jumped to one of the competing apps. The drivers are great, but flywheel is taking advantage of them.
7. Once logged in, there were no cabs in my part of Seattle (there are like 20 ride-sharing drivers, however).
8. I have refused, but it happens every single time I book an advance airport ride.
9. First, if the driver decides to reject a call they must do so within 1 minute.
10. After talking to several drivers it seems that flywheel punishes them in several ways.
11. It asks for loads of permissions it does not need (phone calls, contacts).
