Flywheel Customer Insights

1. I will try this one more time before removing but can't rely on it.Forcefully requires access to make phone calls with no explanation (they did work to refuse access to the app without it, but didn't bother explaining why they need it).

2. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling, tried deleting the cache, the acct data, nothing works, as soon as I login, I'm taken to the screen that says I'm in the middle of a trip.

3. Big oversight on the developers part.Every single driver asks me to cancel the ride booked through the app once I have been picked up.

4. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP.PAY YOUR DRIVERS!!! So grateful there is an app that lets me stick with the safety and regulation established with Taxi drivers! easy to use and understand.

5. Just now I tried to reinstall and as soon as it installed, before I even had a chance to open it, I got the dreaded crash notification, so I'm going to delete again.

6. Gave up and jumped to one of the competing apps. The drivers are great, but flywheel is taking advantage of them.

7. Once logged in, there were no cabs in my part of Seattle (there are like 20 ride-sharing drivers, however).

8. I have refused, but it happens every single time I book an advance airport ride.

9. First, if the driver decides to reject a call they must do so within 1 minute.

10. After talking to several drivers it seems that flywheel punishes them in several ways.

11. It asks for loads of permissions it does not need (phone calls, contacts).
