1. Can view some features (test results) in current browser without any issues, other features (messages) tell me to download a different browser.HORRIBLE UPDATED VERSION They forced an update while removing a key feature which allowed you to use your pin number or screen lock to get in.
2. I already have Google Chrome! I cant see half the vital information that I need to anymore.It is horrible now! Since the last update, it tells me I have test results.
3. I want to plug in 4 quick numbers and be in to my app on my phone.A couple good features, and a couple bad glaring features that are not just a problem of the app, one of the biggest issues is scheduling, many times you'll try to schedule through the app and you'll get a call from UPMC giving you a number that you can call again to reschedule or to schedule if I wanted to call them, I would have done in the first place and not use the app.
4. 🤷 ♂️ Not too long ago I could view all test results, view appointments and messages in the app.
5. Can't check appointments, messages or results.
6. I'm guessing they have a product owner that doesn't know what patients need or want.For the past week and a half I can't load anything but the home screen.
7. Appointments is always lit because you can't get into the summary to clear it!Since the update I can't view any tab except home.
8. Messages time out and you're kicked out of the app before you can actually send a message to your doctor so you have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment just to ask your questions.
9. It says it not supported in my browser, and to download Chrome from the app store.
10. I can't see any messages, or upcoming appointments anymore.
11. After update I can no longer access past appointments.
