1. I don't rate the hardware or the app.Pretty awful app Unless you want to type a password each time you open it to switch alarm on/off there's no way to protect if your phone gets swiped.
2. Also the apps push notifications don't work, so I have no idea if my home is getting robbed unless they call my phone, which I've found out they also don't do when the alarm goes off.
3. Will be canceling contractMy property had theft even with their alarm fitted.I had asked for the alarm to be constantly armed in a day partial mode as per configuration of the property and for the customer to only "Change" it to full mode whenever they are opting to go out.
4. Good hob and keep it up Verisure.Awful. It's so bad that I don't even know where to start: 1) NO IFTTT integration, example If alarm triggers my Hue lights On as safety , IF alarm ON the Sprinklers ON.
5. When I set the alarm from the phone I sometime get the message "the alarm status is now deactivated" but then I look at the events and I see a "activated from Android".
6. I'll be cancelling my contract now, which is a shame because the idea of the alarm system is a good one.
7. I just dont feel safe with the alarm system therefore it's pointless.
8. The company itselt seems to promise services ahead of their competitors but the app and the lack of home integration says otherwise.The app tends to work without too many problems.
9. Then when you find that recording and save or share it, the app will automatically go back from the beginning, so you'll have to go through the scrolling again!! Terrible No way of going directly using a calendar for example.
10. I installed this alarm so I can set it at my parents house who aren't that technically advanced.
11. It's been like this for a while and frankly I find it unacceptable, considering the monthly fees we pay.The service is great.
