1. I am finding that I prefer the "surprise" element from the other personal shopping service; they also seem to take my preferences into consideration.The Trunk Club service itself is fantastic & I'm a very happy customer but this app needs a whole lot of work.
2. Won't order again.Absolutely love the Nordstrom Trunk Club! Super impressed with my first trunk and cannot wait till the next! The only down side is unlike stitch fix, They do not give you a discount or a percentage off if you purchase everything in the trunk.
3. I feel like its really difficult to get my style into their system.Didn't like that I filled out a lengthy survey at sign up just to later be asked the exact same questions by my stylist before I could get a trunk curated & sent.
4. I was happy w/ my first trunk - kept a few items, returned many, & asked to exchange one top for a smaller size.
5. You can do it if you contact the customer service but it should be automated I believe.Lots of communication and quick responses in order to get the trunk out to me asap.
6. Can't see additional item details, options for other colors/sizes, or any notes on the outfits.I'm trying to checkout on my first box, and every time I try to proceed and pay for the very few items I'm keeping the app immediately closes.
7. Fewer item details are available & I've even missed new services that Trunk Club added due to thinking the app was fully functional.
