Why should I report an Issue with TruckX - Electronic Logbook?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of TruckX Inc to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I have complained many times to the technical team about the app being super slow (hung up) and not proper location update on Android devices but not any action has been taken yet.

2. If you catch my drift! Company forced to use this app 😪Was seeming to work fine, then all of the sudden it just quit letting me manually edit / input logs.

3. Hope this issue is resolved soon.Works great ! Much easier to navigate and work with than Keep Trucking.

4. I spoke to Mr Parminder Singth, who gave me a detailed explanation of the Truck X ELD services as well as placed my order and patiently guided me through the app setup.

5. You shouldn't have to restart device (phone or tablet) nor log completely out (being a solo driver) of app.

6. The support was exceptional from Gagan when I had an issue for not logging off from one device and logging in to another.

7. The customer service was very impressive, and I recommend Truck X.App freezes every day.

8. It was running great, the way it suppose to be until the very last update (13th April one).

10. Having to restart my phone just so I can put myself on off duty with minutes to go is sad.

1. Fix TruckX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TruckX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TruckX App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TruckX" » Open TruckX - Electronic Logbook » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TruckX » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TruckX - Electronic Logbook app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TruckX servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TruckX - Electronic Logbook" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TruckX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TruckX might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TruckX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TruckX then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TruckX not working

2. Fix TruckX Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TruckX be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TruckX not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TruckX may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
