Why should I report an Issue with TrackSmart Attendance?

Kind of hard to do or keep track of time for work when I keep having to access it through email instead of the app.Not useful at all, unable to access TrackSmart scheduling because it's not available for Android but is available for Apple...Why is when u open account it sends u link to download app for android?Can only make new requests.

2. I would like to have the TrackSmart Scheduling app bit for some reason it is not available on Andriod, however is available to iOS users and I'm confused to why that is.Wth happened to tracksmart scheduling??? I was registered with that but had to reset my phone and cant find it now.

1. Fix TrackSmart Attendance Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TrackSmart Attendance: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TrackSmart Attendance App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TrackSmart Attendance" » Open TrackSmart Attendance » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TrackSmart Attendance » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TrackSmart Attendance app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TrackSmart Attendance servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TrackSmart Attendance" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TrackSmart Attendance app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TrackSmart Attendance might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TrackSmart Attendance. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TrackSmart Attendance then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TrackSmart Attendance not working

2. Fix TrackSmart Attendance Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TrackSmart Attendance be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TrackSmart Attendance not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TrackSmart Attendance may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
