Why should I report an Issue with iPet - GPS tracker?

2. 5 mins seems to be around only 4 hours of battery lifeI have to update according to the app, but I cannot update? I cannot believe I would have to uninstall and then re-install the app, rather than just being able to update it ..... Still not able yo update it, and now it does not seem to track my pet either?It keeps saying my IMEI number not working.

3. It would be great to have another option, perhaps every 30 minutes or every 1 hour? Also the tracker doesn't work if my cat isn't moving so if my cat dies or slips his collar I would have no way of finding him/the collar.

4. Half the time the app doesn't even talk to the device, for example it was plugged in over night, and still this morning - 11 hours later, it still says it's being charged.... Asked for a refund.

5. To solve this issue it would be great if it were possible to prompt the tracker to wake up and send its location via the app, even if it the tracker is in sleepmode.

6. Just a couple of suggestions but overall this is a good pet tracker, especially since it doesn't have a monthly subscription charge like a lot of other pet trackers.

7. Would be great if there were more settings for time , 10 mins and 30 mins would extend battery life to 6 to 8 hours .

8. Paid good money for this just to get riped of 😡Y i can't add IMEI number...even after i send... still cannot.

9. The locations provided are accurate when the tracker has decent GPS/GSM coverage.

1. Fix iPet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iPet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iPet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iPet" » Open iPet - GPS tracker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iPet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iPet - GPS tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iPet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iPet - GPS tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iPet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iPet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iPet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iPet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iPet not working

2. Fix iPet Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iPet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iPet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iPet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
