1. Wouldn't be without the camera.I'm so frustrated! Everytime I instal this to watch my camera it turns my biometrics off, I can't use the stop app, open apps buttons on my phone, my clipboard goes, I lose access to emojis and all those features on the keyboard section and it's like I have to type in every password I want to use all over again as though someone wants to be able to see it! I have to remove it every time!! It's raising massive red flags 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩Was running good for a year.

2. Motion detection is perfect , works 99.9% of the times, but sometimes triggering is sensible, one time it got activated by bat flying near by , which is not necerarly a bad thing.Clear picture and easy to install.

3. Once Septekon helped me figure out why the camera wouldn't connect to my wifi, it was very simple and only took maybe 2 minutes to setup.

4. Also I do not like the app doesn't allow for me to link to multiple devices and doesn't allow me to minimize screen then pull back up right to current video always have to wait for video to reload.

5. What i also don't like but will like to see, is an announcement option, for the devices to announce camera has been triggered or movement detected at x door ,😊 like ring has.

6. Also this app is not compatible w my computer so I can link camera video to that.Glitchy At times.

7. Mic works great, video works great but sound is poor.

8. I'm really thinking about switching to a little more reliable playback featureDecent enough basic camera.

9. It's a shame because that should be a basic operational function.Great picture and the app is alot easier to use than what I thought it would be.

10. Septekon does NOT support 5g so if you can't connect to your WiFi, you'll need to change your wifi settings.

11. Why can't you just buy the system and use it as you choose without being forced to download the updates on to your deviceI'm happy with the quality overall.

1. Fix Septekon Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Septekon: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Septekon App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Septekon" » Open Septekon » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Septekon » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Septekon app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Septekon servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Septekon" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Septekon app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Septekon might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Septekon. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Septekon then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Septekon not working

2. Fix Septekon Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Septekon be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Septekon not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Septekon may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
