tpMiFi Customer Insights

1. Please update ASAP! It's extremely necessary to have this feature included in the app.Add a feature:: The application is very good but one feature is missing the ability to see all the device that have ever connected to the mifi the only feature in the app is to see the online clients or the blocked clients ,it will be fantastic if there is a third tab for all the devices that had previously connected to the device .. My Mifii is :: M7200 Thanks in regards ...Since the app doesn't have developer's contact email: I set up the new password through a browser on my PC.

2. Grazie.Only just setting up,but seems easy to use,the display feature is a great addition, I previously used a similar device which didn't have a visual monitor.Having set up the device with ease, I am yet to try it outdoors, but so far so good.

3. Good jobPlease fix this: Since the last update whenever i go to the clients section the device that are connected to the pocket wifi isn't appearing anymore then it will immediately crush.

4. My phone is samsung galaxy a50 ( sorry for my grammar, english isn't my first language )It was seamlessly easy to connect and I especially liked the ability to check the data balance.Great app that works as it should.

5. I always have trouble with the device shutting off just because the app doesn't notify low battery.

6. It's a good alternative to look at the stats and adjust settings... However, the app doesn't notify me whenever the battery is low.

7. Router itself accepts moA good app generally, but my original M7650 was very unstable, losing internet access when local service switches from 3G to 4G and vice versa.

8. It also doesn't refresh automatically when it comes forward from background apps.Great App, works a treat and is quite intuitive.

9. Great support tooIt doesn't show low battery notification.

10. I am very wary to be using open WiFi and prefer to use such a device that I have control over.

11. However Tp link kindly replaced device with v1.1 and it's been running really well for nearly 3 years.
