Why should I report an Issue with TourBar - Chat, Meet & Travel?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of TourBar to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. After that if i don't like this app and cant cancel the subscription.. my money will be gone! Please make it trial without any payment option.Good idea,Pathetic implementation I want to use this to find fellow travelers,but you are Trying what Tinder is doing with the wrong audience! Most guys are here for hookups, scaring not only women(esp.With Be My Guide option) but all the travelers away altogether! My own facial picture is not getting Approved! My About Me section is not getting approved! Not everyone waits for a support before deleting the app.

2. Now they have my data and I cannot delete my profile.Bizarre. I cannot believe this app would ever be recommended for people to find travel partners! The fact you have the option to select whether you want your partner to pay for you entire holiday and can filter via 'height and build' means I wouldn't be surprised if 1.this app is mostly used by escorts and 2.

3. The indifference of app developers who can't even bother to do EVEN THE MINIMUM TO make an app usable, is getting VERY TIRESOME!!!!! What's the matter, you're not OVERPAID ENOUGH TO DO YOUR *BASIC* JOBS? I cannot even see 90% of my photos already in my gallery on the phone!Zero stars.

4. I have tried everything possible to try to work around the problem, but so far not possible.Awful!!!! After "deleting" the profile, the photos and profile description created for this app keep linking your name with the app, when anyone do a quick search of your name at Google.

5. Can't even browse all available photos! (yawn) ... It's yet another neglected app, where the excuse for "developers" don't care enough to enable PROPER- FULL - BROWSING of all available photos on your mobile phone.

6. Weird.The app doesn't open even when i receive a message notification and click on it, the app doesn't work .I can't understand why the developers used such text and text background colors.

7. In addition, more than people looking for travel partners or host you when you travel, are dozens of people spamming your inbox, asking for free travels.

8. I would not recommend you to download it.Can't talk to person untill you won't get upgraded while that person is texting you but I am not able to reply.

9. Impossible to read messages! They are using light colors for both letters and the letter background! This is very easy to correct! Any non-programmer can do it.

10. You should add this option that if person responds to me then I should be in state to reply them.

11. And not able to start the ' just 7 days' trial without payment options.

1. Fix TourBar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TourBar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TourBar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TourBar" » Open TourBar - Chat, Meet & Travel » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TourBar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TourBar - Chat, Meet & Travel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TourBar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TourBar - Chat, Meet & Travel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TourBar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TourBar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TourBar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TourBar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TourBar not working

2. Fix TourBar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TourBar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TourBar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TourBar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
