1. I would have given a MUCH higher rating if it hadn't been 'improved'I like some aspects of this app, but the one postcard I made, the text was partly covered up by the picture, which I couldn't move or resize.

2. Still an awesome app! But if we could get that feature working again, I'd appreciate it!I love that i can send personalized cards that will be meaningful to my family.

3. It is a good idea, and I would have liked it better had there been opportunity to correct the alignment or size of the picture or font.Want to love it but don't.

4. Super frustrating!It's cute! I subscribed to a monthly plan with this app and love to use it to send the occasional postcard.

5. It's small things here and there, like changing a photo and it changing the wrong location, or occasionally the printed card doesn't exactly match the preview.

1. Fix TouchNote Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TouchNote: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TouchNote App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TouchNote" » Open TouchNote: Gifts & Cards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TouchNote » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TouchNote: Gifts & Cards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TouchNote servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TouchNote: Gifts & Cards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TouchNote app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TouchNote might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TouchNote. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TouchNote then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TouchNote not working

2. Fix TouchNote Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TouchNote be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TouchNote not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TouchNote may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
