1. Books used to use good quality type photo paper, but now it's very thin, almost feels like nornal paper, not quite 4x6 (just slightly bigger to make it hard to put in photo books or frames, so I usually have to trim), the serrated edges are always slightly off and hard to tear, almost every photo has a white border now, and the color comes off very easily.

I will not continue to pay for something that I cannot use most of the time and when i do, i do not receive the quality expected.The company makes money from your subscription every month whether or not you actually add enough photos for a book, so they have every incentive to make adding photos painful.

9. It somehow only saved two of the books but still marked all the pictures as printed.

10. I spent several hours uploading pictures for 4 books.

I ordered one thing I got charged twice I shouldnt have went even ordered one if I knew it would do this I am not happy I barely survive on what money I do have so even 4.26 helps so id like to get this resolved ASAP and then will I consider using this app again

I just got GrooveBook today and wanted to to tested it out plus I heard they give a free book on the first time. I checked my history order and I have two orders!!!How! I just want the free book and I want to get my money back on the other order.
