1. Other than that, the navigation within the app is buggy, it can't access my location, and I tried to manually but it wouldn't recognize that? I'm just going to uninstall it.GPS disaster! Even after giving it all the permissions needed it does not register that I am at the wash bay waiting for my wash to start.

8. I do both Uber and Lyft so keeping the car clean is important and 95% of the time when I pull into this car wash I push one or two buttons and voila.

1. Fix Touch4Wash Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Touch4Wash: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Touch4Wash App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Touch4Wash" » Open Touch4Wash » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Touch4Wash » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Touch4Wash app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Touch4Wash servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Touch4Wash" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Touch4Wash app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Touch4Wash might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Touch4Wash. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Touch4Wash then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Touch4Wash not working

2. Fix Touch4Wash Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Touch4Wash be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Touch4Wash not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Touch4Wash may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
