Why should I report an Issue with Todoist: Planner & Calendar?

1. 2.14 edit back up to 5 stars - update fixed! Woohoo 🙌🎉It looks nice, but a couple issues making it not great for repeated tasks.

2. The reason I use subtasks in the first place is because they're related to my main task, yet I need to complete them at different times than the main task.

3. When a task is overdue (either missed or forgot to check off), there's no way to check off that iteration or mark as missed, checking off the overdue one checks off the next iteration.

4. It is easier to just delete the task and re-enter it than waste the time searching for the place to edit the task.

9. However I'd appreciate if the subtasks could be reworked to allow for the main tasks and the subtasks to be marked as completed separately.

10. I immediately tried to delete the widget, but the upload cycle prevents you from being able to delete the widget as well.

1. Fix Todoist Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Todoist: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Todoist App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Todoist" » Open Todoist: Planner & Calendar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Todoist » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Todoist: Planner & Calendar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Todoist servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Todoist: Planner & Calendar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Todoist app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Todoist might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Todoist. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Todoist then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Todoist not working

2. Fix Todoist Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Todoist be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Todoist not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Todoist may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
