Thomson Reuters Authenticator Customer Insights

1. It goes on about a QR code that doesn't exist (maybe it does on the destroyed phone, who knows) and when you log in on the computer it says it's sending a code to the app, but the app sits there not changing and begging for an elusive QR code.

2. It wants to pair the phone by scanning a QR code from your account that you can't get into unless you enter the code it sent which you no longer can access.

3. Had to change my password again and I keep scanning the code I found on the website and it will just scan and flash a code that goes so fast you can't read it.

4. Of course this was unknown to me until I bought a new phone and tried to restore this terrible app by using the backup that the app said it made, only to be given the message "no backup found".

5. They send a digital security code but no instructions where it is to be transcribed.

6. This is great if you never want anyone to get into a site as it doesn't allow you.I just got a new phone and can't log in at all! It was already hard enough with my other phone, difficult to navigate.

7. Makes me want to switch to accounting firm that uses something better. No backup file was ever created in my Google drive, though I followed the steps to create one.

8. Then they ask you to scan a QR code but fail to tell you where that might be found.

9. After getting a new phone it creates a never ending do loop of prompts absent an option to authenticate a new device.

10. Seriously user unfriendly. This would be a great app if you didn't have to contact support to reinstall it because you reset your phone.

11. To change devices you must scan a QR code that is impossible to get.
