1. I put on the video and instead of hearing stories I heard one new story and then I heard a bunch of music and had to go look at my app at captions and hear occasional words because all of a sudden the app is not broadcasting news stories it's making people actually look at the app without being able to listen to the news that makes it useless to me.

3. The reason I didn't give this app five stars is that when you click on an article, the night mode is lost, and you have to read the article in day mode with a white screen background and dark print which is never my preferred way to read stuff on a screen.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Reuters News » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Reuters News app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Reuters News servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Reuters News" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Reuters News app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Reuters News might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Reuters News. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Reuters News then reinstall.
