1. Can anyone please help me figure this out, and I'll be happy to change my app review rating.Used to work, then we had to link an authenticator for some reason (because changing the password every 4 months wasn't enough security?) And that worked for about 2 months then that glitched.

2. Worst app ever! First off, EVERY time I go to log in to view my pay stubs, it says invalid password and makes me create a new one.

3. Lucky me.Every time I click on my check stub, a window pops up prompting me to download a pdf viewer, and the only options are cancel and go to the app store.

4. I can never get ahold of anyone to fix the issues, which makes it unreliable and untrustworthy.I have downloaded two different .PDF readers/viewers and this app still does not open the document I'm trying to open with the.

5. There is not an option to download the document to view it outside of the app, and the print option does not connect to the link it is supposed to open.

6. I needed pay stubs while out of town and could not access the app after passing the REcaptcha 12-15 times in a row on multiple days throughout the day.

7. Fellow co-workers and other business owners have the same issue when I reached out to them to make sure it wasn't just my app.I have been trying to log in for 2 days now.

8. I use secure, hard to remember passwords but having to retrieve it often makes me want to use "password" for the password in this app.This app sucks.

9. Why is it not selecting my PDF viewer? I have tried several different ones and allowed all permissions, but I think your app needs fixing.

10. They made it so you cant even view things within the app and have to download a pdf viewer to see anything.

11. It's always saying network security changes have been made and sign in required (can't use biometrics).

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix NetClient CS Issues

1. Fix NetClient CS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart NetClient CS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the NetClient CS App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NetClient CS" » Open NetClient CS » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NetClient CS » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear NetClient CS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NetClient CS servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NetClient CS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check NetClient CS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NetClient CS might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall NetClient CS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NetClient CS then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NetClient CS not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NetClient CS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
