1. I have send them the transaction ID but still could not resolve in very short time..I have send Groestlcoin to the platform but it missing..To my friend out there please think twice before sending it to PayCent platform..honestly you will regreat..Very poor transactions... Alway pending and delay.. Every topup and deposit always have problem and issue.. Time is money...cannot wait weeks for the topup to be credited inside my card!! Upgrade this service dont waste client time to wait for their money!!App updated and now they say my password is wrong.

2. The Original apk file is missing from AWS, their DSN server denies access to it, forcing people to use Google Play Store so they can mess with the devs end product which is even unsafer... Please change your hosting provider and refrain from using such hosting services and app stores... Until then all the best and good luck to the Paycent team, it's been awesome 👍Can't use the card for online purchases.

3. I'm in the process of getting a refund for the card.Very poor support team, too slow to resolve issue on missing asset that i have deposited to the platform..aince December 4th 2019 until now it still missing.

4. And now, everytime i log in thru app, suddenly exit.. whats wrong with this app?Card cannot be used it a scam beware!! For Mastercard, we are still waiting for the bank to activate the virtual card.

5. No longer interested in waiting because Customer Experience Support just keep asking me to upload new document because their bank partner keep on saying that my document is expired.

6. Update after response: Thanks for the reply, after clearing the cache the app worked 100%.It was working fine before... However, Paycent seems to have been badly Compromised.

1. Fix Paycent Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Paycent: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Paycent App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Paycent" » Open Paycent » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Paycent » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Paycent app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Paycent servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Paycent" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Paycent app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Paycent might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Paycent. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Paycent then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Paycent not working

2. Fix Paycent Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Paycent be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Paycent not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Paycent may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
