Why should I report an Issue with CamToPlan?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Tasmanic Editions to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Will update review if/when that's fixed... But uninstalling for now.excellent. a little hard to guide the flags to where you want them to go at first, but app is fantasticI would recommend not to waste money on the paid version like I did.

2. Plan folder management and sub plan management within a folder are mess and useless.No need to collect any types of data.

3. No need to collect data on how people interact to improve user interface later.

4. Vertical mode stops working (displaying vertical grid) when tilting the phone up much to capture intersection of wall and ceiling.

5. No need for technical information unless said information is sent in conjunction with bug reporting or feedback.

6. This app is currently ad free so no need to collect data to personalize ads.

7. Horizontal feature was working fine in free version of the app as well, so nothing worth paying for this version of the app.

8. I use Samsung Note 9 which has good enough camera and no performance issue, yet I have to restart measurements many time to get to my desired plan.

9. omg this app is super cool and amazing !!!! I honestly just downloaded it for fun but I can see how it would be extremely helpful for anyone who needs help measuring anything for any kind of remodeling they have going on.

11. I wouldn't pay for this app in the current state.$20 for an app that doesn't have a way to switch between 'feet' and 'inches'? Obviously we can do these conversions outside the app... But it should be MUCH easier to change units.

1. Fix CamToPlan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CamToPlan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CamToPlan App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CamToPlan" » Open CamToPlan » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CamToPlan » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CamToPlan app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CamToPlan servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CamToPlan" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CamToPlan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CamToPlan might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CamToPlan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CamToPlan then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CamToPlan not working

2. Fix CamToPlan Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CamToPlan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CamToPlan not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CamToPlan may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
