1. This is disappointing because I am interested in attending and would appreciate the convenience of having the information the application is created for..Loaded the app but was not able to open attachments w/out loading .PDF reader.

4. I deleted the app from my phone.Keeps closing when I try to open it and itkes about 3-4 times of opening it before it'll stay open.

5. It just has a place for documents then those documents don't open up and tells me to put another app on my phone, which can't find the documents to open.

6. I'm on a Samsung S20 so maybe it doesn't like newer phones.Update 5 months later: called company 5 months ago and they entered a ticket.

7. Will update review when this is fixed.Used to be awesome, but now I keep getting the message that I don't have the right software to download want of the files.

10. Please fix!!The application did display the upcoming Career Conference 2019 ,however it has disappeared.

1. Fix Mary Kay Events Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mary Kay Events: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mary Kay Events App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mary Kay Events" » Open Mary Kay Events - USA » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mary Kay Events » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mary Kay Events - USA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mary Kay Events servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mary Kay Events - USA" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mary Kay Events app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mary Kay Events might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mary Kay Events. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mary Kay Events then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mary Kay Events not working
