Cisco Events App Customer Insights

1. It keeps losing my account, sometimes features refuse to work and so on... Unable to register, losing profile info,.... This app is the disappointment of CiscoLiveEMEA 2023, forcing me to keep track of everything manually, even with multiple reinstalls.I don't know to what extent this applies to everyone else, but my experience at Cisco Live Melbourne has left me wanting more from the app.

2. It's difficult to use the app to network with peers, wayfinding is poor, there's no built in location services contrary to previous years, and integration to Webex (joining spaces) is terrible, why do I need to input my email every single time? In fact, why did I have to log in to the app so many times? The best part of this app is how great it truly is and how well organized it was.

3. I have great faith after Cisco live that they'll resolve this issue and drive a fantastic experience for their users. In the rare case that I can actually use it, it's great, but it's extremely unreliable.

4. Login failures, password reset problems, "download new schedule" every time it opens, pages that never load, links bring you back to same screen.

5. As a user, I need to be able to easily see where my next session is as I am walking in the general direction. Can't unregister from sessions and therefore I can't register some new sessions because they conflict with existing ones.

6. Password reset email never arrived !!!! -.-Poor. Each time I try to log in, the app says the page has expired.

7. App crashes if I try to unregister in certain ways.Compared to the previous version in Barcelona 2020, the 2023 version is poor, very poor.

8. Less than 3 weeks from Cisco Live Melbourne and it is still not on this.

9. So why 3 stars? Because the app follows the trend Cisco aspires to break in learning curve.

10. Come on folks, this is Cisco! When u need it, then its not working.

11. Request password reset and email never arrives.
