1. this app works better then the other app that we use to us first, But, with that said in the same breath this app needs work also to start and I've seen other saying this so I guess if we all push the same issues just maybe you'll fix them But the three setting you have no idea what they are set at 1080p 30fps or 60fps or 120 fps or slow motion 240 fps and that for all resolutions regardless from highest to lowest need to not only be able to control and/or modify the 3 settings, + factory reset!I have no problems connecting to my Solo Xtreme with the app.

Navigating back and forth through the screens..betweening connecting a new camera, reviewing footage, and controlling the camera through the app - incredibly user friendly!!!Simplistic and awesome, I love how simple it is to add cameras to the app and to view videos/images.

4. App should be able to work without location service turned on! Only part of app that works is formatting the 64gb card.Great app! Easy to use and navigate.

5. But the interface in the app essentially gives zero indication to what the customized modes are set at, that you are specifically setting a customized mode and saving it to which of the 3 modes, and also needs an option to fully reset each of the 3 modes to the factory settings.

1. Fix Tactacam Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tactacam Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tactacam Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tactacam Connect" » Open Tactacam Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tactacam Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tactacam Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tactacam Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tactacam Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tactacam Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tactacam Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tactacam Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tactacam Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tactacam Connect not working

2. Fix Tactacam Connect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tactacam Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tactacam Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tactacam Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
