Why should I report an Issue with Pixgram: Video/Photo Slideshow?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Swiitt Computing Inc. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I wanted to make those cool edits, you know? Where the transition between the pictures is a rotation or a really smooth flip or something? From what I saw this has no transitions, at least none free, So it was completely worthless for what I wanted to do, but I'm sure it will serve you well.This is one of the worst photo slide show apps I've ever seen.

2. The design and UI seem nice, but this app is functionally useless if you have more media.I like the app but I wish there was a way to show all the pictures the way they are in a mix size format and not be cut or me being forced to crop them to fit (or eliminate them because they won't show properly) I did try to change fit/fill/size/portrait/landscape/square but that didn't help much.

3. I tried to fix it multiple times and it still cut it off, even though in the editing mode it shows it lasting longer.Once you enter a folder to look at pictures, it doesn't reload the folder if you switch to another app and edit pictures.

4. I was making my final edit on my memorial 4 my dog & somehow my music disappearedat first i was happy with being able to play a full length song and add pix and vids to it.

5. After much playing around and deleting some pictures :( I made a video that I was satisfied... without some of the pics :(:( I would love a paid version of this app without the watermark.For what it is it's a decent app.

6. Google you need to get better quality apps as it's getting cheaper to just buy the few apps that have quality.Easy to use and I like that you can use your own music and adjust the time frame window.

7. There are two things that stop me from giving it a five, hopefully the dev could address them in an update: 1) I would really like a way to sort and/or search on the folder names when selecting images, if you have a lot of folders it's hard to find what you are looking for because the order seems arbitrary.

8. 2) I would also like to have a way to change the sort on the files, on my old phone it seemed to follow the filename, but now it seems to be date... the pics I cropped/edited are out of sequence.Would love to give the full 5 stars.

9. You can go back & adjust the pictures, add or remove but it is tedious having to reload the whole video again & again to get it right.

10. For music selection, it doesn't look into folders, but gives you a flat list of all music files on the phone.

11. Im sure that there is a way to edit my photos to fit correctly so why make me go to the web and do the tedious foot work when you can include some troubleshooting tips in the app or at least a link to your web page.

1. Fix Pixgram Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pixgram: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pixgram App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pixgram" » Open Pixgram: Video/Photo Slideshow » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pixgram » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pixgram: Video/Photo Slideshow app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pixgram servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pixgram: Video/Photo Slideshow" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pixgram app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pixgram might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pixgram. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pixgram then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pixgram not working

2. Fix Pixgram Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pixgram be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pixgram not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pixgram may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
