Why should I report an Issue with Fast Dash for iRacing?

1. Please give us a chance to pay for ad free version, otherwise my have to switch to a paid version of something else, the ads are annoying, especially when they change.Ran it for the 12 Hours of Sebring and kept it running the entire race, didn't crash once and not a single issue.

2. The scrolling/animated ads get quite distracting and I would gladly pay a few dollars for an ad-free version.Original review was me blaming the app for pop-ups.

3. Everything else is fineI goto web sight and download sever 1.5 and it keeps crashing...so without that cant even use app...useless...dont botherGauges are wrong, all metrc with no way to change it.

4. A must-have for anyone running 3 monitors who can't see the gauges, especially useful for watching water temps when restrictor plate racing.

5. After some good banter from the dev and his suggestion that it wasn't the app causing the pop-ups, and the sly dig at me for the review - he has convinced me to try the app again.

1. Fix Fast Dash Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fast Dash: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fast Dash App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fast Dash" » Open Fast Dash for iRacing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fast Dash » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fast Dash for iRacing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fast Dash servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fast Dash for iRacing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fast Dash app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fast Dash might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fast Dash. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fast Dash then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fast Dash not working

2. Fix Fast Dash Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fast Dash be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fast Dash not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fast Dash may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
