1. Nice work!It displays the splash screen, then says looking for charger, but does not indicate if it's looking via bluetooth, nor does it turn the camera on in order to scan qr code.

2. My dynamite battery says I can scan it for more info, but the app wont even open the scanner without having a charger first.Couldn't get it to connect to my galaxy s9+.

3. The Reaction 2 batteries cost alot and for that price and QR code for each individual battery the app should be able to store a memory for them.Very smooth easy to work with interface with zero issues.

4. But, Why no notification when the battery is finished charging? The unit itself verbally says it is done but the app does nothing to notify me.

5. Just select which channel the battery is connected to, scan the code, the battery starts charging, and I can monitor it throughout the cycle.

6. Useless.It says i read charger, but says cant connect.

7. Since then app says charger not found when trying to link.

8. It resets the counter for a battery every time the charger is unplugged.

9. Do note, you must have a Dynamite charger equipped with Bluetooth to use this app and all of its features.Not horrible.

10. This app searches for chargers with Bluetooth, as indicated in the charger's marketing material, and generally finds my charger pretty quickly.

11. If you want to use on your android device, I downloaded the HITEC LINK POWER X app, which is the exact same (just the oem).This app never works, I've tried Uninstaller and reinstalling it numerous times.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Dynamite Dashboard Issues

1. Fix Dynamite Dashboard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Dynamite Dashboard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Dynamite Dashboard App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dynamite Dashboard" » Open Dynamite Dashboard » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dynamite Dashboard » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Dynamite Dashboard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dynamite Dashboard servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dynamite Dashboard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Dynamite Dashboard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dynamite Dashboard might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Dynamite Dashboard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dynamite Dashboard then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dynamite Dashboard not working


2. Fix Dynamite Dashboard Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dynamite Dashboard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dynamite Dashboard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dynamite Dashboard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
