1. Still giving 5 stars though, I imagine they will fix the issue sooner than later.It's AMAZING, I rarely give out 5 stars to any app, but I must say, this app is completely legit, I love it so much, the Pros, you get 10 cents of you don't qualify, you can choose to get surveys daily, weekly, or monthly, you get the gift card instantly! For the Cons, it has a bad design, there are only 2 gift card options, Amazon and ITunes, you need a verification code, which slows down the process.

2. Also, there have been a lot of surveys lately that have quit or frozen part way into them, causing me to not be able to participate and have to back out.Made $6 in ONE survey! I've been using this app for over a year now, and at first, there were a few minor issues for me: The surveys would be unavailable, some wouldn't work properly, ect.

3. Recently I have been having issues with "Unexpected Error" messages popping up when I finish certain surveys, and therefore I do not get the reward even though I have completed it.

4. All in all, this app is amazing, I think you should give it a try!I would rate higher but often times I get kicked out mid survey with a "technical difficulty" error or something similar and then if I go back in and try to retake, it says I've already completed the survey.

5. App is great! I've been able to earn enough to get Christmas gifts! I do think the iTunes gift cards would be awful for me, and wish there was a way to change that for some people.

6. After all the ads about about how quickly you could earn money on so many surveys, I was rejected from the first one the moment I selected it, I was rejected from the second one after completely almost the whole thing, and then suddenly there were no available surveys.

7. I never had issues with gift card reedemption and always had surveys available.

8. Once that little problem is fixed I'd be more than happy to change my review to 5 stars, but until then it is an inconvenience when you just completed a 20min survey, and get nothing in return.Awesome survey app, one of the best.

10. The only issue I've experienced so far is difficulty getting into the bonus surveys, the ones with the red tag.

Sometimes it's an error saying I already did it when I didn't, sometimes it freezes and I have no choice but to exit, sometimes I nearly reach completion and suddenly I don't qualify (20 minutes later!!!) It's becoming a complete waste of time!Worst App Ever!! I downloaded this app out of curiosity and boredom but couldn't do ANYTHING on the app.

1. Fix QuickThoughts Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart QuickThoughts: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the QuickThoughts App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QuickThoughts" » Open QuickThoughts: Paid Surveys » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QuickThoughts » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear QuickThoughts: Paid Surveys app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QuickThoughts servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QuickThoughts: Paid Surveys" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check QuickThoughts app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QuickThoughts might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall QuickThoughts. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QuickThoughts then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing QuickThoughts not working

2. Fix QuickThoughts Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make QuickThoughts be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to QuickThoughts not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, QuickThoughts may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
