Poplin Customer Insights

1. I go to the Help option to chat with someone, and I just get a spinning circle that never takes me anywhere.I haven't been able to get a single offer because when I get a notification and I click it, it takes more than 10 minutes to load the map, by the time it comes up, the job is gone.

2. It was working fine after I got signed up and past the first issue.. Now like others, I go to accept an order and it's gone even when immediately clicking the notification when it comes through.

3. I've had this app since May 2022 and I've only been able to accept 2 orders and the first time was in July.

4. The app could be a little better its kinda glitchy when it comes to getting notifications of orders.Being a sudster is easy & rewarding.

5. So if life gets busy I can focus on life and then get back to it.I unfortunately have issues when I try to accept orders and I will get an "oops, something went wrong" error message while sliding to confirm.

6. It's no way this app should've launched with the type of glitches and slowness it has going on they need to take serious time to get it fixed and up to date because it had great potential.I saw all the videos for training and they are very helpful and intuitive for the job.

7. The app DOES work, but you definitely have to keep the phone close by to see the notifications in time.

8. Sudshare handles all the "paperwork" in-app, and the money/credit card processing...I like working for sudshare because I feel like I'm helping people who need a little extra help with their to do list.

9. Customer service is also very lacking, either no reply from them or not knowing a thingI'm not able to accept orders.

10. They pop up as a notification on my phone, and when I click on them to see the details, I'm taken to the Sudster app, but the order disappears.

11. I've only been here for 6 days and have noticed significant issues with the app working properly.Glitchy App! When I go to the app the message just constantly blink.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Poplin Issues

1. Fix Poplin Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Poplin: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Poplin App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Poplin" » Open Poplin for Laundry Pros » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Poplin » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Poplin for Laundry Pros app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Poplin servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Poplin for Laundry Pros" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Poplin app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Poplin might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Poplin. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Poplin then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Poplin not working


2. Fix Poplin Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Poplin be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Poplin not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Poplin may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I am trying to create a new profile as a worker. I entered my PO Box on the 2nd address line and the app let me proceed. I got to the bank account/routing number page and it is stuck. It will not allow me to go any further without removing my PO Box, however there is no way to go back to the address section. Please advise.

  • I joined the app as a worker. I got an order a few days later, before I had received all the very specific supplies. I ignored it for a couple of hours until the bonus had increased to $35. At that point I messaged admin through the app and asked should I proceed even though I didn’t have the specified supplies. I did not get an answer. I went ahead and accepted the order and did my best to deliver the best presentation with what I had on hand. I was paid. But I’ve not received an order since. All I want is to speak from Sudshare about this. I have since spent at least $100 on their supplies. I’d really like to know if I’m ever going to receive another order as it’s been 10 days since my last and only order.

  • Hello!

    It seems my app is not working - I am a new SudShare worker who has only had one job so far, and the experience and reviews were great. It seems like my account may be paused however? I missed out on six orders today. I would get the notification on my phone (while locked), but as soon as I open the app to accept the order it disappears… I checked to see if my “Receive New Order Alerts” in the upper right hand corner, but every time I turn it on it immediately goes back off! It also won’t let me change my radius??? I’d love to figure out why this is happening… thank you in advance !

  • The lady who did my laundry dropped two credit cards in my hamper. The woman's name is Kierra Hargrow. I can leave them on the front door in an envelope. Please advise. Thank you
