Once your payment info is saved you do not go to account settings to update your payment info (which, to me, would be the intuitive location for this feature), but instead begin a new order, and then edit the prefilled, faded, data.Overall the substers are great and I've really enjoyed the service.
2. The only minor drawback is that I don't think you can access your messages/message history once your clothes have been returned to you (or at least I haven't figured out how to yet).The service is pretty great.
3. It's affordable, easy, the app is user friendly, there are no annoying subscriptions, and the turnaround is so fast! Although I will be getting a washer and dryer, I don't think I'll be giving up this fantastic service.
4. Once you submit they email you back saying that there was no account information attached to the request (despite sending the email to the address attached to the account).Being a stay at home parent is stressful enough but without a washer and dryer it's even worse.

My laundry delivery has been delayed by more than two days. I have not received any help from Sudshare support to locate my clothes. We are flying away for a long trip tomorrow, and Sudshare's delay has completely derailed our plans. Our order number is #S14650745.
