Why should I report an Issue with ViewBoost - Views for Views?

Kìndly fix this app, or get me my points back !frustrating.. it never add views on the video i campaigning even a single view but on the progress it says it has 8 already, but in reality nothing..a waste of time watching ads just to complete coins for the campaign..but if you fix this matter, i will edit my review..This app is slightly better than goviral.ai since because it can be operated through mobile platform.

Only problem is that it takes a bit to get stars, a little less than 40 stars per 60 second videos.The app was working perfectly gine in the beginning, but then, i created 1 campaign for 500 views in 90 secs, which costed me 45000 points! A few days later that campaign completely disappeared and i only received 100 - 150 views.

3. The views also seem to actually be from real people because you earn stars by watching videos from people that made a campaign.

4. I was facing this bug even before installed this app, And some others bug like comments are automatically removed, takes long time to encode video etc.I get decreased views and points.

5. All views are deemed non watched.Simple, yet good app, where you obtain stars for campaigns so you can get some easy views.

6. However once I reached a point where I could do more at their minimum youtube did not count them as watched views.

9. To anyone who complaining about decreased youtube views, it's bug and exactly youtube's fault.

1. Fix ViewBoost Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ViewBoost: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ViewBoost App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ViewBoost" » Open ViewBoost - Views for Views » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ViewBoost » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ViewBoost - Views for Views app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ViewBoost servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ViewBoost - Views for Views" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ViewBoost app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ViewBoost might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ViewBoost. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ViewBoost then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ViewBoost not working

2. Fix ViewBoost Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ViewBoost be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ViewBoost not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ViewBoost may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
