1. I can no longer log into the app with my phone but I can on my laptop... Please fix.I have a pixel 3 and after update the up doesn't work anymore.Easy to use, convenient way to access information quicklyCalender is all messed up...when I'm actually able to login!Can't login any more, so it's useless.This app is junk don't download itAccurateGreat app that provides all the detail that is needed with managing vacation rental property.Not bad for what it does, but the mobile version is lacking several features that are available on a PC.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Owner X Issues

1. Fix Owner X Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Owner X: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Owner X App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Owner X" » Open Owner X » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Owner X » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Owner X app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Owner X servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Owner X" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Owner X app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Owner X might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Owner X. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Owner X then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Owner X not working


2. Fix Owner X Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Owner X be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Owner X not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Owner X may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
