Why should I report an Issue with Streamlabs: Live Streaming?

Being able to start and stop streams, seamlessly switch scenes, and enable or disable visual elements from the remote control interface is intuitive, fast, and is overall the best feature (in my opinion) of this app.What good is a streaming app if you can't edit the layout and add sources and widgets? The layout editor only saves the default stuff.

2. But, to add insult to injury, I can't do a stream to local network devices, or at least the option isn't obvious.I prefer using this app over the Twitch app for streaming.

6. Honestly, there are too many problems to list in this format, and trying to contact StreamLabs directly doesn't go anywhere.It's a little misleading, but I'm going to talk about the great qualities first Well for starters, it's smooth, and its easy to use.

7. I'm not adding my user stream data to this until I can setup my scenes so if that's what is required then that's bogus.Streamlabs was always buggy.

8. So it is not streaming what it displays.Can't edit or add scenes after making the first one, and even the navigation for that is a mess.

9. You'd have to set everything up twice for it to register, overlays would show on stream as black boxes, etc.

1. Fix Streamlabs Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Streamlabs: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Streamlabs App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Streamlabs" » Open Streamlabs: Live Streaming » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Streamlabs » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Streamlabs: Live Streaming app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Streamlabs servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Streamlabs: Live Streaming" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Streamlabs app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Streamlabs might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Streamlabs. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Streamlabs then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Streamlabs not working

2. Fix Streamlabs Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Streamlabs be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Streamlabs not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Streamlabs may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
