1. I disconnected the GPS, wifi, mobile data and then connected SPECIFICALLY to the camera which is in wi fi mode and it just keeps asking me to connect to the camera.

2. It wont allow you to selcet one pic or one video to dwn load.(it says /shows it does bit does not) you have to do them all or it states "select file" even when you have spme selected.. I even rebooted app, restarted phone.

3. Also why do I have to disable my mobile connection to have the WiFi connection to the camera work.

4. Doesn't seem the Apeman want to support older cameras.When you connect to the dvlive wifi signal a notification on your android device will ask you to tap for options.

5. You still have to go into the individual files in setting to see it.This app is not easy, it does not work well, and connecting to the WIFI means you have to connect to it like it is a router in itself.

6. The camera AC700 is OK, the app to access it is terribly nasty to work with and some workaround or update is needed, nails on chalkboard.Seriously, what the hell is the point of this garbage.

7. It does not stay connected unless you shut down all the "better"wifi that your device is likely to see as connected with internet.

8. Make sure you format you SD card, even then good luck, downloading especially over a WIFI connection is touch and go.

9. I hadn't used this for a year and when I did I also couldn't find any info on the subject so I thought I'd make this review in the hope it helps.Not showing videos or pics in app.

1. Fix Live DV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Live DV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Live DV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Live DV" » Open Live DV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Live DV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Live DV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Live DV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Live DV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Live DV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Live DV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Live DV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Live DV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Live DV not working

2. Fix Live DV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Live DV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Live DV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Live DV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
