Why should I report an Issue with Eyester: Live Effects Camera?

1. I don't know if I'm missing something, but there doesn't seem to be any way to record video of the live effects.

2. If you can't capture them as video they are pretty much useless.actually surprisingly well put together if you're looking for live camera effects.

3. Really cool live video effect library with a slick interface.

4. It only takes single frame stills but the effects are dynamic and kinetic and temporal.

5. UI could use an update but overall really good!!I actually liked some of these filters and thought I took like 30 great pictures and then I go to look and literally none saved.

1. Fix Eyester Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Eyester: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Eyester App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Eyester" » Open Eyester: Live Effects Camera » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Eyester » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Eyester: Live Effects Camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Eyester servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Eyester: Live Effects Camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Eyester app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Eyester might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Eyester. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Eyester then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Eyester not working

2. Fix Eyester Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Eyester be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Eyester not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Eyester may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
