1. I went to save the progress and it saved it showing 22 minutes.Our company uses this and for going to the gym it works great, but trying to record bike rides using Strava no longer works.

2. They do add my rides if I send screen shots so that is a plus I suppose.Our employer requires us to use the IncentFit app to track our gym visits so we can get reimbursed at the end the year if we meet the required number of visits.

3. Support went as far as to ask for screenshots of my permissions (like I couldn't figure out to turn the sliders on) and activity (Maybe I wasn't actually moving?) Provided them as requested and haven't heard back in over 2 weeks! What a let down! Not only frustrating but disappointing.I have to use this app to get reimbursement for my gym membership from my employer.

4. It almost always ends the time prior to the required 30 minutes while I'm working out without notification.

5. I can't seem to upload photos anymore for steaming workouts because I can't just log it, I have to send a photo with a time stamp that apparently isn't an acceptable file type anymore.

6. Yesterday I finished my workout, and I observed that it actually looked like it worked with 37 minutes of tracking.

7. Very disappointed as my employer uses this as incentive & we have a 750 mile step challenge going on currently.

8. Really disappointed.after the recent update (May 2019), the app stops automatically during a session after a few minutes.

1. Fix IncentFit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IncentFit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IncentFit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IncentFit" » Open IncentFit » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IncentFit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IncentFit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IncentFit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IncentFit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IncentFit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IncentFit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IncentFit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IncentFit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IncentFit not working

2. Fix IncentFit Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IncentFit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IncentFit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IncentFit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
