1. Zero stars would not recommend.This app is not even worth one star, horrible app extremely frustrating, our gym requires checking in with this app and it's not good does not work 90%of the time.

2. App was glitchy prior to that but now it just flat out doesn't work.This app sucks!!! I am supposed to check in and it won't come up or crashes!!! Nothing but frustration!!!! Not worth 1 star.I did really enjoy this app.

3. Guys please fix it, it's a great concept if it will work as it should.My app no longer opens since the pie update.

4. I hope my gym goes with another program soon.Since the most recent software update to my Galaxy S9 the app no longer works.

1. Fix Box Command Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Box Command: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Box Command App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Box Command" » Open Box Command® » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Box Command » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Box Command® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Box Command servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Box Command®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Box Command app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Box Command might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Box Command. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Box Command then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Box Command not working

2. Fix Box Command Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Box Command be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Box Command not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Box Command may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
