1. My last trip it either crashed or froze every time I attempted to pull up my boarding pass or look at the flight schedule.I like that I can check multiple dates for flights to see when the nonstop flights are available.
2. So for example if you are booking a flight and you need to check your email for a voucher number, as soon as you minimize the app, you lose all progress in your flight booking and have to start over again.
3. Plus, it doesn't allow one to see the status of your flight just a few hours prior, which means you can be at the airport prior to knowing your fight has changed.
4. Even after checking in it still refuses to add the flight to my upcoming trips... Really bizzare.Smooth and easy return trip.
5. With the latest update, my boarding pass is no longer visible in the app and I must look up the flight every time I open the open.
6. Maybe an option for the person booking for multiple people to share the flight with the people involved if you can't have accountsI use southwest app 15-20 each year.
7. Lastly, it doesn't show a confirmation and allow one to select the scheduled flight.
8. If I'm searching for a flight, give me the option to put my confirmation number instead of having to input all the details.
9. The home screen simply shows info for baggage and boarding a1-a15, no boarding or flight info.
10. Got me on a flight to Baltimore and the workers tried hard to make sure my luggage got switched.
11. This means im also not receiving any push notifications if there are any changes or delays to the flight.
