1. The restaurant upstairs was surprisingly pretty good, and the band was good too.In my experience the people from Sonder are great and the app, whilst appearing to do great things, has a chat facility that chucks out participants repeatedly.
2. down side is entrance to my unit faces the small main entrance from parking lot which is the wooden stairway leading up to the 2nd floor units so is very noisy! ...clomp, clomp, clomp.
3. During my last trip the IM dropped the conversation 4 times as we were dealing with the fallout from a relocation caused by a carbon monoxide problem in our booked stay.

11. And when there were major issues, I tried to contact them through the app and the customer service chat feature just disconnects if you don't touch the screen for long enough.
I would like to delete my account before I delete the app as I need storage on my phone for other things.
