1. the worst thing about pex support is that the email given on this page to contact them doesn't even work :(it was great actually I'm really impressed with this card! I've been using the phone with the year now and it's been really good to me, if you want a traded the cards to these ones but I'm really happy they ended up going with these cards because my last card didnt work very well and gave me nothing but problemsI'm using a galaxys 22 ultra and unfortunately I don't have the ability to upload photos from my gallery on to this app.

2. Only reason I use it is to find issues such as me forgetting to authorize which is far easier to tell because of the yellow circle.Every time I try to upload a receipt or write a note in the app or take a photo of the receipt, it ALWAYS crashes.

3. Looks like this is a bug for others, as well.wonder to get my reimbursement paid back and a card to continue to use on any type of purchases needed !terrible, makes you login anytime you open it and it takes a minute to find your transactions and mark them.

4. What's the point of using it if it's going to crash for its intended purpose? Hopefully, the app won't crash after some tweaks here and there.Camera Problems I use this app to track expenses for my job.

5. I can understand it crashing a couple of times, especially if it needs to accurately clean up the photo of the receipt, but not EVERY TIME I USE THE APP.

6. I am rarely able to upload receipts with my camera and the app often shuts down when I try.

7. This is very frustrating and puts me in an awkward situation.Like how it keeps track of receipts without actual turning in missplaced receipts.

8. Being able to attach receipts is a critical part of tracking expenses.

9. AND the notification when funds are running low is a plus.Yes the camera to take a picture never works i have to take the photo.

10. Also, how easy it is to deposit extra funds in time of need.

1. Fix PEX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PEX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PEX App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PEX" » Open PEX: Simplify your spending » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PEX » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PEX: Simplify your spending app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PEX servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PEX: Simplify your spending" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PEX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PEX might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PEX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PEX then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PEX not working

2. Fix PEX Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PEX be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PEX not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PEX may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
