1. Navigating my list of work orders requires browsing through all active orders, unless I used keyword search, which is silly because we have close to 70k finished working orders with similar subjects.App crashes as soon as you open since the new update.

3. So it makes it difficult to short through hundreds of request.On Motorola phone, cannot pause or complete work orders anymore.

4. Not good! 12/2/20 - first issue now fixed, Thank You! I just noticed that I don't see the side bar that let me write work orders for myself any more? Is that part of an upgrade?This app is trash.

5. If I didn't need it for work I wouldn't use it at all.Not being able to sort from oldest to newest or newest to oldest is a big deal breaker for me.

1. Fix SchoolDude WorkCenter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SchoolDude WorkCenter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SchoolDude WorkCenter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SchoolDude WorkCenter" » Open SchoolDude WorkCenter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SchoolDude WorkCenter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SchoolDude WorkCenter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SchoolDude WorkCenter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SchoolDude WorkCenter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SchoolDude WorkCenter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SchoolDude WorkCenter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SchoolDude WorkCenter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SchoolDude WorkCenter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SchoolDude WorkCenter not working

2. Fix SchoolDude WorkCenter Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SchoolDude WorkCenter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SchoolDude WorkCenter not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SchoolDude WorkCenter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
