You can't cancel your payment or subscription...I've cancelled the payment with my bank and sending an email to say I won't be requiring the subscription after my 3 free days of uselessness and uninstall....I had to give a star to postOne star, first you have to be friends with someone to find their location, plus in your ads it says it is for free, yeah installtion is free but when i get inside the app i need 3 days trial in order to get in, when i tried the 3 day trial, it did, but i texted my friend where he is at he told me that he was in the super market, and i tyoed his number, but the app said that he is in the mall, this app is a gorbage and a trash.I want to cancel my subscription I cannot find a customer service phone number and the email you provided is not valid.

2. False advertisements and theft don't get this app.Didn't really use this app and when I tried to use it it always ask for some kind of payment to try to use it when it says it's free?? And it doesn't seem it seems to have a problem with the trial try to uninstall it has issues as well my experience wasn't that greatIt is stuck in the log in screen.

1. Fix Looka Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Looka: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Looka App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Looka" » Open Looka - Find Family & Friends » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Looka » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Looka - Find Family & Friends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Looka servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Looka - Find Family & Friends" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Looka app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Looka might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Looka. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Looka then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Looka not working

2. Fix Looka Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Looka be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Looka not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Looka may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
