1. After inputting MLS# search results need to be accurate ( listings not being found on app but are active in the MLS is frustrating).

2. I liked the old version better.Practically every app we have Matrix, Miami Mobile for Real Estate Agent and others did not showing all listings.

3. As a Realtor I found myself in situation I can loose my clients because they found more on the other app's then me on the Matrix on my computer or the App's I have from Association.

4. As a realtor this app is a complete waste of time.I don't see where I can specify the type of listing that I'm looking for e.g. active, ps, closed etc.

5. Have an option for No Hopa That's all I can think of off the top of my head.I havent been able to figure out how to look for a property by the MLS number.

6. The other app was way easier to use.I find it real prices are real not lower than they are to get users,different ways to view it.

7. Type in an address, can't find the property and pulls up everything else.

8. My clients found more on Zillow, Realtor.

9. Waiting for the day someone breaks this mandatory monopoly and offers a search database for $49 or $99 a year.

10. This app is annoying to navigate or search and then you have to relearn it every year when it updates.Not bad but needs work.

11. I dont see it offers that option and several times when I input the address the properties do not show up.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MIAMI Issues

1. Fix MIAMI Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MIAMI: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MIAMI App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MIAMI" » Open MIAMI Mobile Real Estate App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MIAMI » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MIAMI Mobile Real Estate App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MIAMI servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MIAMI Mobile Real Estate App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MIAMI app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MIAMI might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MIAMI. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MIAMI then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MIAMI not working


2. Fix MIAMI Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MIAMI be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MIAMI not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MIAMI may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
