1. I have to search my desired homes out and screen shot them to keep track.While looking at pics, if you want to go back 1 pic .

2. When a house is off market, it doesn't come out of your "favorites".

3. If a house is under deposit, there should be some way to tell.My favorites don't save.

4. When I view new listings in CT, I am only shown the towns I have viewed before.

5. Your realtor can not see your favorites.

6. There should at the very least be an option to make that a possibility.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Elevate Issues

1. Fix Elevate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Elevate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Elevate App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Elevate" » Open Elevate Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Elevate » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Elevate Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Elevate servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Elevate Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Elevate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Elevate might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Elevate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Elevate then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Elevate not working


2. Fix Elevate Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Elevate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Elevate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Elevate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I' m terribly sorry to inform you that I want to cancel my subscription membership for the Elevate app. I used the app in 2020 for free, without knowing of any types of charges. Therefore, I no longer wish to continue on using the app by paying. I' m asking you to please cancel my account and any other subscription I may or may not have done. The reason that I do not wish to be an Elevate manner is the fact that I' m not willing to pay for something that I just wanted to try for free. Thank you very much for your understanding!
