1. A file explorer NEEDS to show how much data is in a single folder as well as multiple tagged folders and files.I have a network Nas (SMB) that doesn't like to connect with a lot of file management apps but this one connects without a problem! I Probably tried over a dozen different ones before I found this one.
2. Very simple to use and my elderly parents have no problems using it as well.Moving and copying files from my Android phone to my Win10 PC is always thwarted by a "Permission Denied" error, while moving and copying files in the other direction works just fine.
3. This needs to be fixed! Six to seven minutes to transfer an 850mb file over my home network is ridiculously slow! 5.23 mb/s seems to be its best speed.
4. You need to be able to edit the "My Files" page and add anything including "Main Storage" and "SD Card" to Favorites so you can access everything from one page.
5. While I don't like the caching of opened files from my NAS to be stored on my phone, I did notice cache can be cleared from the settings at any time and a limit on cache size can be set directly in the app.
6. The biggest issue however, is there is no way to get info on folders It only shows how many files and folders in 1 folder at a time and no info on multiple folders.
7. But when I select the audio track, the video freezes and it reverts back to "no audio" before a video will play.Maybe it will grow on me, but not happy the latest update removed all my favorites.
8. Con: I have been unable to select an audio track for movie playback of MKV files.
9. Went from a great app to trash app overnight imo.Fabulous file manager and a brilliant way to access your NAS from your Android device.
10. Video works with no audio and I can select a subtitles track which works fine.
11. Additionally, the transfer speed between drives on my home network has slowed considerably with the latest update.
