Needles to say, hands down Fenix is the most durable, and most intense flashlights that I have ever owned and I own a lot of flashlights.I have gotten 6 lights n the clips come off n I have lost t hand light n the light have died after a year on 2 of them also my head band ones the light was great a first and after using several months almost daily the light is not as bright I really like them but I now have 2 without light n lost 2 off my belt with only the clip attached to my belt.thzt just alot of money to loose n i contacted company n they didn't offer any resolve for the lost ones n I need to pay to send back n pay for thelove the app.

1. Fix Fenix Store Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Fenix Store: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Fenix Store App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fenix Store" » Open Fenix Store - LED Flashlights » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fenix Store » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Fenix Store - LED Flashlights app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fenix Store servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fenix Store - LED Flashlights" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Fenix Store app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fenix Store might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Fenix Store. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fenix Store then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fenix Store not working


2. Fix Fenix Store Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fenix Store be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fenix Store not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fenix Store may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
