1. Speaking as an ADHD adult, the reminders and easy refill setup, as well as all the tracking and info storage keeps me on top of things, which feels like a huge weight taken off of me- knowing that I don't have to rely on my memory to get my meds, and all pertinent info is right there.
2. (Thank you Anne!!) App now works! (I run AdAway on my phone and when I disable it, the No Network Connection stops.) Using the app, I got a refill on a prescrition that had expired, so it definitely works now! 4 star rating now, since the app can be confusing for those who simply want to refill a prescription, and nothing else.
3. Just show your doctor the app at your check-up!Update: Final Edit 2.0: Months after the surprise transfer of our data from CareZone to Walmart Wellness, they finally had an update for older phones that allowed me to sign in and use the app.
4. It will not process the refill unless you enter a credit card! They need to remove the credit card requirement, it is not helping anyone! Update 1/27/22: Tried app again, now it wants a PIN then says No Network Connection.
5. The one issue that still bothers me and is likely on my side, is that I had a streak of over 400 days going that I was taking my meds and one day after midnight I tapped the button to say I took my meds for the previous day and it said I had broken my streak.
6. Incredibly helpful when it comes to organizing and helping, not just your pharmaceutical needs, but also with your overall health! Its great for keeping track of how medicines effect your body and mind.
7. I have been using the app for a number of years to track biometrics (pulse, weight, BP, nausea, pain, hemoglobin A1c, et cetera) as well as tracking my medications - which it did quite nicely - until now.
8. Its not a huge deal but as someone who in years past had struggled with taking my meds on a regular basis, I looked forward to keeping my streak up.
9. Additionally, I miss being able to turn some of the tracking options off - in my case I am now getting requests to enter my blood glucose (which I had turned off, as I run a CGM with its own software).
10. EDITED TO ADD 11/9/21: After a quick response from the dev team, an uninstall and fresh re-install, all of my issues seem to have been addressed! Great job, folks!I'm honestly shocked how fantastic this app is.
11. Normally you can go back and edit your calendar to say you did take your meds on any days it said you missed and then it fixes your streak.
