1. I guess it's good to communicate tracking numbers if confirmation emails aren't sent from the company/person you're buying from, but even those are unreliable. This app simply does nothing, it asks for permission for everything then doesn't track orders, doesn't even tell you which carrier your package is using, won't link accounts no matter how many times you confirm the permissions, it simply doesn't work.
2. Save yourself the time and headache and just paste the tracking number in the carrier tracking its the same thing as this app but better, faster, and less hassle.Sometimes it works, but most other times it doesn't update tracking in a reasonable time, and I don't see a way to refresh an order so it can be better checked without having to just copy and paste the tracking number elsewhere.
3. Highly recommend this app to keep track of orders, especially if you order things that take a very long time to ship or arrive. Was forced to download this to track a purchase so we were already off to a bad start, but there is some value here.
4. When you want to correct it, for example to have your correct destination town rather than one 2000 miles away with the same name, you just get a "thanks for the feedback"! Also doesn't play nice with Amazon. It won't let me join with a Google account without permission to read all my emails.
5. The thing I'm embarrassed to admit but is the real reason I love this app, if something is delayed and I forget about it Route doesn't and it makes it easier to follow up.I am a person that orders things a lot.
6. Having nothing would be better than this because if I was given a FedEx or USPS tracking number I could at least look it up myself to get a sense for where my order is.
7. The 1st tracking number that showed up on my order (thankfully, I saved it) gave me the right tracking on USPS.
8. I found it easier to track through the FedEx website (which was also terrible) and, even though it's supposed to show up where it is on the map when it's out for delivery, it hasn't moved all morning, so I'm pretty sure that doesn't work either.
9. I hope it shows up.I had the route tracking tacked on to a purchase I made even though I didn't want it and what a waste of 4 dollars.
10. Then, the app showed a different tracking number, which showed a totally different delivery date.
11. It fails saying "tracking number already connected to order".
I haven’t received my package yet because casetify hasn’t even shipped it yet and they said I would of gotten it between the 9-20 but they haven’t even sent it to the usps postal first class mail
